About me
Ending the War on Imagination…one creative act of coherence at a time.
For the Radical Dreamers; the ones with big ideas and even bigger hearts who don’t want to sacrifice either when it comes to birthing their creations.
You deserve to feel turned on, not burned out, by your incredible creative work. I believe that pleasure can support our work and that our work can support our pleasure. And that when both are valued equally we create coherence in our lives and fully resource ourselves to shape the world toward a more-just, more-beautiful future.
I create tools, resources, 1:1 containers, & community spaces to help you take your dreams seriously, feel confident in your vision, and bring forth the culture making, world healing, life-affirming, powerful, transformational, beautiful creations you came here to create.
I’m Haris Adele. I’m a Creative Coherence Consultant. I help creatives, healers, artists, & entrepreneurs - the Radical Dreamers with big ideas and even bigger hearts - give birth to their creative dreams without giving up, selling out, or burning out.
Instead, I show you how to…
develop confidence in your ability to speak & write about your work to potential clients, collaborators, & investors
develop a work rhythm that regenerates your energy & doesn’t reproduce toxic hustle culture
create space for positive spiritual growth & cultural transformation not only in the outcomes of your creative work, but also for yourself throughout your entire creation process
communicate about your visionary, culture making work in ways that people immediately understand, feel, and get turned on by
AND get to do all that while feeling really turned on by your work, and by who you are becoming in the process of creation.
I do that by offering sessions, workshops, community conversations, marketing & business strategy, as well as world building & back casting sessions for your creative works, while holding space for your personal growth and transformation as you move through the internalized predatory capitalist forces that can keep us from believing our dreams are possible.
That way, we stay turned on in our creative practice and avoid the burn out that tries to convince us to give up before our dreams have a chance to flourish.
We’re breaking through the War on Imagination together, and with a lot of support, encouragement, pleasure, joy, & celebration, we’re going to shape and build the world of tomorrow with our magic, our work, our art, our stories.. And we’re going to do it one creative act at a time.
Here’s what got me ready to end the War on Imagination with my creative practice & in my work with you:
I have a BA in Environmental Studies, with a focus in anthropology, sociology, & community building. I always wrote about feminism, meaning-making, public discourse, power, language & culture, environmental racism, ecofeminism, & the power of community, which means I take an intersectional approach to my feminism, environmentalism, in my creative practice, and in my work with you.
For my undergraduate thesis, I studied how power works in public discourse. Specifically, I analyzed how the professionalized service economy has disrupted community relationships and contributes to a culture where Predatory Essentialism can be used to gain the power to define the problem, define people as deficient, and define a solution that reinforces their power, dominance, & wealth. This was the first time I explored my Multidimensional Storytelling framework, which is now a key concept in my body of work & deeply informs the way I work with you.
I’m a recovering work-a-holic, which means 1.) I’ve learned a lot about what not to do in your creative work rhythms, and 2.) I’ve explored many practices, tools, techniques, and exercises to regenerate my creative energy that I share with my clients & the folks who work with me.
I’ve trained, facilitated, and volunteered as a Psychedelic Support Sitter with MAPS & the Zendo Project. I live-work-studied at community-based plant medicine healing centers, and I’ve had the privilege of learning from indigenous elders, psychedelic assisted psychotherapists, & shamanic healers. I know how to hold space for experiences of emotional, mental, spiritual, & physical intensity in ways that create space for personal growth & transformation, and I will hold that space for you in your creation process as you navigate the spiritual transformation that bringing any creative work into the world initiates.
I have over 6 years experience leading, facilitating, and participating in community circles, gathered for a wide variety of purposes & intentions. I’ve practiced the art of hosting, experience design, community dialogue facilitation, and I’ve cultivated a full spectrum experience of conscious leadership and non-hierarchical learning & organizing spaces. I’ve seen and substantiated the value of my “soft skills” and “women’s work” as I’ve repeatedly leaned on them as a source of power, wisdom, & resilience. I reflect this embodied knowledge to my clients as they navigate the places where they’ve internalized the devaluation of their “soft skills” and “women’s work.” Knowing the value of what we already do is an asset in the process of advocating for ourselves, our work, and the future worlds we’re creating.
I’m presently working as an artist cohort member in the Design Science Studio; an educational art incubator for the art of the Regenaissance. My work is deeply informed by Regenerative design principles, Design Science, Principles of Synergetics, & Experience Design - I apply whole living systems, multidisciplinary, holistic, interdependent approaches & frameworks to my work & to my sessions with you.
My deep study, direct experience, & personal healing within the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra wisdom lineage through a high-integrity teacher with a lifetime of study and initiation into the depth of this wisdom tradition, (thank you Dr. Michael Dean Goodman!) has given me a language & framework of understanding creative energy flows, masculine & feminine energy polarity dynamics, & how to break through subconscious blocks to our own success. I bring this knowledge to my sessions & work with you in ways that support your creative turn on!
I’m studying to be a Feminist Copywriter & Social Media Strategist via Kelly Diels’ work. I’m learning how to identify harmful marketing tactics that leverage oppression & privilege & how to avoid them, and burn out, in our copywriting & online marketing. I know how to write copy & structure your message & model in ways that align with your values. I can support you in writing about your work in ways that allow your full body of work to shine.
I have over a decade of experience working in the restaurant service industry, which means I’ve cultivated stamina, endurance, resilience, and I’ve had to learn how to tend my energy for the long haul. I bring this knowledge & experience to my clients who understand that when you’re creating your own business, your creative energy is the source of all the work you’re able to accomplish. I teach my clients how to create regenerative work rhythms that allow space for rest & rejuvenation, as well as accomplishment & productivity, so that they don’t burn out their source.
I’m a Thrift Store Manifestor & Vintage Lover: creative self-expression is important to me & so is resisting fast fashion! I’m good at finding the jewels in what others consider throw-aways or trash. I love repurposing, recycling, & remixing old items (& ideas) into unique, expressive, authentic treasures. I bring this special superpower to my clients who feel burned out with their creative projects and are looking for support to get turned back on by their creative practice & projects.

To the Earth and all her wisdom, beauty, strength, & power. I owe my very existence to you and I am devoted to being deeply interconnected in your Living Web in all that I do and be.
My path has been non-linear. Exploratory. I was always encouraged to do what made me happy, and the privileges I hold have given me the freedom to explore, grow, heal, study, synthesize, write, & take a non-traditional path. This freedom has deeply informed my work, as I draw on a diverse range of multidisciplinary teachings, trainings, knowledge systems, & frameworks to inform what I do.
I’ve had the space & time to think about & test how to shape my livelihood in ways that don't reproduce harm, oppression, or environmental destruction. I’ve had the freedom to choose my own direction and to work as a culture maker; someone who is using their work to transform the way we work, create, and gather.
As a beneficiary and recipient of white privilege, able-bodied privilege, cisgender privilege, class privilege, passport privilege, birthplace privilege, location-based privilege, non-immigrant privilege, transportation privilege, beauty privilege, age privilege, I am acutely aware of the responsibilities I hold. I am committed to continually learning how to use my positions, my privileges, and all the tools at my hands to create a more just, more beautiful world that works for all life in ways that do not reproduce the structures of oppression that created the privileges I hold in the first place.
My work is life-affirming, trauma-informed, anti-racist, non-exploitative, spiritual, pleasure affirming, sex positive, anti-colonial, and anti-capitalist AND I recognize the privilege and responsibility of being able to do this work.
