I am a drop in a huge ocean of educators, authors, writers, speakers, healers, performers, artists, musicians, enlightened disruptors, activists, radicals, philosophers, farmers, leaders, friends, sisters, mothers, aunties, brothers, uncles, & cousins. Every person who has shaped my heart, mind, & spirit with their radically creative works are part of my lineage.

My lineage is fed by four main lines of work, influence, & inspiration; creative, critical, community, & coherence.

My creative line influences my creative inspiration, my work as an artist, and the way I show up now as a professional creative entrepreneur.
My critical line has given me sharp discernment, soft compassion, and a commitment to unlearning, reflecting, and taking responsible accountable action toward justice. My community line has taught me the power of conversation, place, proximity, rhythm, and repetition in bringing us together to take action; I’ve learned the power of relational wealth & the beauty of the challenges of being, living, and working together. My coherence line has fed my soul with practices, tools, techniques, & teachings about how to ground, center, integrate, and make-meaning through many experiences of intensity and transformation. My work and my ideas are deeply fed and nourished by these lineages of thought, heart, & soul.

Over 6 years experience facilitating Women’s Leadership Circles & Non-Hierarchical Learning Spaces. Training & facilitation experience in Asset-Based Community Development, World Cafe, & the Art of Hosting processes. In university, I lead a student research group in a course called, Practicum in Community Building. I initiated & led a student run community dialogue series for residents of Sarasota County to help educate our local community about the structural root causes of homelessness using innovative community organizing principles and facilitation methods (World Cafe & Art of Hosting). All the community-based healing circles I was given the honor of holding space for, facilitating, & participating in.
