Integration is an important process to nurture on any spiritual, creative path. It creates resilience, strength of spirit, and resources us to face life’s challenges with empowered, sovereign clarity & depth.

Especially in the shadows, the times when we feel overwhelmed, confused, anxious, & afraid of the unknown. These descents are when we live close to the void; the place where all possibilities exist simultaneously, a place of pure possibility. It’s in these in between places where we can pause, reflect, and make sense of what is unfolding in our lives, locate where we are right now, and envision what we’d like to move toward.

However, the frameworks we’ve been conditioned into using to interpret our experiences often fail to help us navigate the unseen, the nebulous, the complex, & the spiritual. Under imperialist white supremacist capitalist patriarchy, we are given over-simplified, essentializing, compartmentalized tools for understanding ourselves and the world. These tools of the oppressor are not equipped to guide us to where we are going. Our confusion is often less about what we don’t know, and more about the incomplete & limited understanding that our conditioning has created for us.

I help people transform experiences of intensity into experiences of growth using knowledge systems that are designed to hold complexity, nuance, and depth.

I facilitate integration sessions for individuals and couples. I hold space for guided self-reflection through what feels murky, complex, and uncharted. I draw on three main bodies of work and provide integration facilitation from each perspective; regeneration/earth-based living/living systems theory, the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, and the shamanic teachings of indigenous wisdom keepers.

These philosophies & wisdom traditions carry deeply interdependent frameworks for understanding the complexities of life, spirit, earth, & the body-mind-emotions. I place my roots in their ancient teachings and hold space for clarity & integration to emerge through guided self-inquiry, exploration, & practice in each of my sessions.

In all my sessions, I hold my critical political consciousness alongside my understanding & direct experience of the sacred & spiritual. My integration sessions are trauma-informed, pleasure-affirming, sex-positive, gender-affirming, anti-racist, & critically conscious. They are also deeply attuned to the unseen, the psychic, the shadow, the subtle, the sacred, & the spiritual. I hold both ways of knowing & being as vital to growth & evolution in my facilitation practice, and I affirm both ways of knowing as equally valid, important, and essential to all processes of integration.
